Our clients in Balham, south west London were looking for a 2 story home extension and rear extension to side and rear of their semi-detached property.

The 2 story side extension and rear extension were deigned to meet the needs of their growing family by making an open- plan kitchen/diner and the 2 story extension adding an additional bathroom and bedroom.

We worked closely with Wandsworth council for planning permission, but as their neighbours had already completed a 2 story extension we were confident of the client obtaining approval.

The client had very tight timelines and wanted a high quality finish.
