Rob and Sam had lived in their Croydon South East London home for over 20 years and with 4 teenage children they were finding that with a growing family their children really needed their own rooms.

We were approached by Sam who was looking for guidance on how to achieve an additional bedroom to their first floor. During our site visit we established that a two-story extension would be their best option to achieve a new bedroom, bathroom, study on the ground floor and utility room.

Working closely with Croydon council we flew though planning and were able to start the build very quickly for Rob and Sam.
