Ryan and Alex were struggling for space in the ground floor flat in Kingston, Surrey. They approached us to look at options for a rear extension, which would allow them to reconfigure their home.

We established that adding a rear extension would allow them to convert their current living room into another bedroom and allow them to have kitchen and living room to the rear of the flat.

We worked closely with the clients and Kingston council to achieve their extension.
