Charlotte and James had already renovated their home in Croydon, South East London but wanted to construct a loft conversion for a new master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
During the initial meeting we were able to establish that to gain the correct head height fort the loft conversion some of the first floor ceilings would need to be lowered
Working closely with the client we creating a bespoke schedule of works outlining all aspects of project
We applied for planning though Croydon council and arranged all the necessary planning permission
The final result was a fantastic Loft conversion with a double bedroom, En-suite bathroom and Juliet balcony.
